The movie Ram Setu starring Akshay Kumar witnessed another drop in the collections, but remained steady at the box office, in comparison to Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra’s movie Thank God. Ram Setu and Thank God had released on October 25, on Diwali and had clashed at the box office. While the Akshay Kumar starrer managed to get a good opening of 15 crore nett, the Ajay Devgn-Sidharth Malhotra starrer raked a collection of over 7 crore nett.

A Box Office India report said that Ram Setu made a collection of 6 crore nett on the fourth day. After a 25% fall in the third day collections, the film saw another drop of 30%. However, in total, the Akshay Kumar starrer collected over 40 crore nett in four days since the release. As per the report, the movie did hold a bit better in he bigger centres, but there was a drop in the mass pockets.

Day 2 – Wednesday – 11,00,00,000 apprx

Day 3 – Thursday – 8,25,00,000 apprx

According to the report, Thank God collected poorly again on Friday, at the box office. The film saw a collection of 2.75 crores nett. And, with that, the total collections of the movie are approximately 20 crore nett, in the first four days. As per the report, the movie is not showing any signs of improvement and that not even a Saturday will keep the film at low levels.

The box office collections of Thank god are as follows below:

Day 1 – Tuesday – 7,50,00,000

Day 2 – Wednesday – 5,75,00,000

Day 3 – Thursday- 4,00,00,000

Day 4 – Friday – 2,75,00,000

TOTAL – 20,00,00,000

Meanwhile, Ram Setu also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Satyadev. Thank God, on the other hand, stars Rakul Preet Singh too, apart from Ajay and Sidharth.
