EXCLUSIVE: The Family Man Fame Vedant Sinha Opens Up On Returning To Manoj Bajpayee’s Spy-Thriller Series; Says, “I’ve Grown Up With Atharv”

Vedant Sinha, who has grown up in front of the camera as Atharv Tiwari in The Family Man, is back with Season 3, and he believes this chapter is the most emotionally layered one yet. Talking about his journey to Bollywood Bubble, Vedant shares that walking onto the set this season felt like returning home.

Vedant says with a smile, describing how the character has shaped him as much as he has shaped the character. The cast and crew, who have seen him evolve from a child artist to a confident young performer, welcomed him with the same warmth. “Every time I’m on this set, I feel like I’m meeting family,” he says. “That bond never changes.”

What excites him most about Season 3 is Atharv’s new level of maturity. While earlier seasons showed the mischievous, witty version of him, this season explores a more aware, more emotionally connected Atharv. “People will see a more grown-up Atharv. Not just in looks, but in the way he understands situations around him,” Vedant adds.

His preparation involved revisiting his own childhood moments and drawing from the transitions he experienced as a teenager. The writers also gave Atharv a deeper arc — something Vedant calls a “beautiful responsibility.” He shares, “When audiences love a character so much, you want to give them your best every season.”

Vedant also reflects on the overwhelming love that fans shower on him. From social media edits to messages calling Atharv the “nation’s favourite kid,” he is touched by the connection people feel. “It motivates me to keep performing better,” he says.

As for sharing screen space with Manoj Bajpayee again, Vedant credits him for shaping his craft. “Manoj sir treats me like an adult on set. He respects my process, and that teaches me discipline,” he shares. With Season 3 releasing to massive anticipation, Vedant signs off with a promise, “Atharv has something very special this season, and I can’t wait for everyone to see it.”

The Family Man season 3 was released on 21st November 2025 on Prime Video.
