Karan Johar‘s family drama Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham has clocked 20 years of its release. The movie is a trendsetter of  multistarrers, family dramas and more. It is also a trendsetter of new styles, from Shah Rukh Khan‘s turtlenecks, Kajol‘s sheer sarees and Hrithik’s fancy sunglasses. Leading the brigade is none other than Kareena Kapoor Khan who rocked the big screen in her iconic role of Pooh. Her mini skirts, leather jackets and pants along with that sharara look are admired to this day by ardent fans. Young girls lined up at tailor shops to dress up like Bebo from K3G.

Slays In Red

Who can forget the red backless spaghetti-strap shimmery bralette, which she wore with a pair of matching red leather pants. It was the most iconic look from the movie. The pants that had cut-out details in the front were accessorised with a delicate beaded belt. This is one of the best-looking monotone outfits to date. In fact, American beauty mogul Kyler Jenner too was seen in a similar outfit.

Bebo shunned the popular lehenga for a sharara and went on to rule the wedding season.  The actress wore a stunning coral pink sharara set and revolutionised ethnic wear in the early 2000s. The set featured a cropped asymmetrical open back blouse with criss-cross detailing, palazzo pants, and a matching dupatta, all embellished with silver sequin work. It is still a much loved outfit.
