Kareena Kapoor Khan to star in a biopic for the first time?

While her contemporaries have done biopics, Kareena Kapoor Khan is yet to explore the genre. The actress, who is currently on a maternity break, will be back on the sets in August to shoot for her film ‘Veerey Di Wedding’, and it is said that after this film, she will be doing a biopic. The said biopic will be directed by Omung Kumar who has helmed films like ‘Mary Kom’ and ‘Sarbjit’.

A source told DNA, “Omung has wanted to work with Kareena for quite some time and he has finally found the right script for her. Well, we are now eager to know whose biopic the actress will be seen in. We are sure it will be a strong character and like her other characters, Kareena will do justice to this one too.
