Chris Evans has been named the sexiest man alive, the most eligible bachelor and called a lot of other names. But now, the heartthrob has finally gone off the market. Chris Evans gave a big surprise to his fans with the news of his wedding with wife Alba Baptista.

Chris Evans gets married to Alba Baptista

The news was made official in a report by Page Six. It states that the couple had an intimate wedding ceremony in Massachusetts at their Boston-area home on Saturday. The report further stated that the security around the wedding and its news was kept very tight. The guests had to sign NDAs and their phones were forfeited during the ceremony.

Guest list for the intimate ceremony included only the couple’s families and close friends. Amongst them were also ‘Captain America’ Chris’ Avengers co-stars. Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth and Jeremy Renner attended the wedding.

Chris and Alba relationship

Chris and Alba sparked relationship rumours for the first time in November 2022. At that time, it was reported that the couple had been dating for over a year already by then. Soon after, they were spotted walking in a park, holding hands, solidifying the rumours. It was on Valentine’s Day this year that the Avengers star made the relationship Insta official. He shared their loved up pics to wish Alba on the day of love. They were reported to be quite serious for each other and now they have taken the plunge.

While Chris is a popular Hollywood actor, even Alba is a renowned Luso-Brazilian actress. She has starred in the Netflix series Warrior Nun and the film Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris. The couple is reported to be very happy in this new phase of life and had a beautiful ceremony on Saturday amidst friends and family.
