As many know, he is married to Pooja Deol, who likes to stay away from the limelight. As per reports, Sunny married Pooja around the release of his Bollywood debut film Betaab. In the romantic drama Betaab, Sunny starred opposite Amrita Singh. During the shoot of Betaab, Sunny was romantically linked with Amrita, who was reportedly not aware about his marriage.

Sunny Deol reportedly kept marriage with wife secret for years

As per multiple reports, Sunny had kept his marriage secret. Sunny and Pooja got married in England. Several pictures from Sunny and Pooja’s secret wedding were leaked by a magazine, and it was then revealed that his wife belonged to a business family in England. It was said that Sunny had denied being married to anyone at that time.

Few years later, Sunny was said to be in a relationship with Dimple Kapadia. Over the years, Sunny and Dimple have worked together in movies like Narsimha, Arjun, Aag Ka Gola, Manzil Manzil, and Gunaah. In an old interview, Amrita reacted to Sunny and Dimple’s alleged relationship and told Yahoo, “I think she’s having her cake and eating it too. She’s got nothing to lose, and most importantly, she’s got her guy where she wants him. So what if it’s not heading anywhere? When you’ve already lived a life, you are happy with a relationship that’s at status quo.”

A few years back, a video of Sunny and Dimple vacationing together went viral on social media. The video showed the two of them holding hands. However, Dimple and Sunny never confirmed their relationship.

On the other hand, Sunny and Pooja’s son Karan Deol tied the knot in June. The actor had shared photos from his wedding on Instagram. In one of the photos, Sunny and Pooja posed with their son Karan and his wife.

On the work front, Sunny last delivered a terrific performance as Tara Singh in Gadar 2 opposite Ameesha Patel. The actor will be next seen in Lahore 1947.
