Allu Arjun Leases Massive 5BHK In Juhu; To Pay Rs 16 Lakh/Monthly Rent As Vicky Kaushal, Virat Kohli’s Neighbour

Allu Arjun is one of the biggest stars in our country and there is no denying that fact. The actor – who made the world go crazy with his performance as Pushpa, is now all set to blow his fans’ minds away in Atlee’s next, Rakaa. While his look takes over social media, we now hear the actor is planning on changing his home address.

As per a media report, Arjun will soon be shifting residence from his Rs 100 crore luxury home in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills to a spacious 5BHK in Mumbai’s Juhu area. Allu Arjun Rents Massive 5BHK In Juhu For Rs 16 Lakh/Month

Days after reporting that Allu Arjun has decided to divide his time between Hyderabad and Mumbai, Mid-Day has revealed that the actor has rented a lavish 5BHK in Juhu. Located on Juhu Tara Road, the ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ actor will reportedly be spending a massive Rs 16 Lakh as monthly rent. The actor has leased the place for a period of three years. As per market reports, this property is worth a whopping Rs 25 crore (approx.).

Talking about the property, the publication quoted a source saying, “Allu Arjun wanted a beach-facing property for his wife Sneha and two children, Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha. The kids will live with him during their school vacations. Spread over 6000 square feet, the apartment in the high-rise comes with a plunge pool and four car parking spaces.”

The publication further revealed that the actor and his wife visited the property multiple times over the past year, and personally oversaw the interior design. The report noted, “He wants his home to be a space of tranquility; think lots of greenery and the calming sound of the sea. It should be conducive for his prep, as he will shoot major portions of his next few films, including ‘Raaka’ and a project with Lokesh Kanagaraj, in Mumbai.”

Talking about Allu Arjun’s new neighbours, Bollywood celebs like Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal and Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli also live in the same area.

On the work front, Arjun will next be seen playing the lead in Atlee’s next, Raaka. Co-starring Deepika Padukone, the makers are yet to announce the official release date of the film. He will also be seen in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s next.
