Pushpa: The Rise starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna emerged as one of the highest-grossing movies of 2021. The film’s second installment, Pushpa 2: The Rule, is expected to be even grander. Ever since the makers made an announcement, the audience are waiting with bated breath to have a glimpse of the flick. After Allu Arjun’s look, makers have now shared a glimpse of Fahadh Faasil character from Pushpa 2 on his birthday.

Makers of Pushpa 2 reveal Fahadh Faasil’s look

As Fahadh Faasil turns a year older today, the makers have dropped a glimpse of his look from the second part. Wishing him on his birthday, the makers wrote in the caption, “Team Pushpa 2: The Rule wishes the massively talented Fahadh Faasil a very happy birthday. Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat Sir will be back on the big screens with vengeance…”

In the character poster, the actor is seen sporting a jacket and dark sunglasses as he smoked a cigarette. Fahadh will be seen reprising his antagonist role in Pushpa 2. Impressed by his look, fans took to the comment section and expressed their excitement. While one fan commented ‘Damn with fire emoticons’, another fan wrote ‘Now Game begins’, while several fans dropped emoticons and wished him Happy Birthday.

The second installment of the franchise will have a face-off between Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil. The actor was introduced as the main antagonist in Pushpa: The Rise in 2021. In an interview with a news portal, Fahadh opened up about his role in Pushpa 2. He said, “The second part of Pushpa has a lot more of Bhanwar Singh. There is a lot of conflict happening between the two characters and the second part revolves around the conflict.”

Pushpa – The Rule has been written and directed by Sukumar. It is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. The film boasts of an ensemble cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Sunil, Raj Tirandasu, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and Ajay Ghosh. The film is slated to release by the end of this year.
