Salaar trailer proves that the film is going to be a kind of cinematic spectacle. It was expected to be that as the biggest action director Prashanth Neel and the biggest action superstar Prabhas come together for the film. Moreover, Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire also marks their first collaboration.

Hombale Films, Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire will star Prabhas along with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. Prashanth Neel has directed the film with Vijay Kiragandur as the producer. Salaar has a pan-India theatrical release date of December 22, 2023 and it will clash with Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki at the box office.
