Pushpa 2: Sai Pallavi to share screen space with Allu Arjun? Deets here

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa: The Rise was released back in December 2021. The movie went on to be a blockbuster hit not only in South but also won over the audience in the North. The roar of its success is still echoing and the makers are now set for the sequel Pushpa: The Rule.

It was recently announced that Sukumar and his team are beginning shooting for the most awaited part 2 of the film. Rumours abound that many powerhouse performers are set to be part of the sequel. Names like Manoj Bajpayee and Vijay Sethupathi were prominent in them. But those were just rumours. Now fresh reports claim actress Sai Pallavi will be joining Allu Arjun in Pushpa 2.

Rumours abound that Director Sukumar has approached her to star in Pushpa 2: The Rule. The Shyam Singha Roy actress will essay the role of a tribal girl in the upcoming film. Speculations are also rife that Sai has already given a green flag to the proposal.  She will soon start shooting for the Allu Arjun-starrer after finalising her fees.

Well, here is the truth, Sai Pallavi is not a part of Pushpa 2. Ravi Shankar, one of the producers of the movie, has flat out denied these rumours. The shoot of Pushpa The Rule will  commence fromn the 22nd (September) in Hyderabad.

On the work front, Sai Pallavi was last seen in the Tamil film Gargi. The movie is a women-centric social drama, directed by Gautham Ramachandran. The film also made it to the 44th Moscow International Film Festival. Sai Pallavi is currently gearing up for her next film, tentatively titled Sk21.
