Shakuntalam: Samantha Ruth Prabhu gives a glimpse of demure Shakuntala as she shares the first look

Samantha Ruth Prabhu announced her next movie titled Shakuntalam on Monday. The actress took to her Instagram to share the first look of Shakuntalam. Samantha made a post and shared her first look as Shakuntala from the movie Shakuntalam. She shared the poster of the upcoming movie and gave her fans a glimpse of her character. Samantha looks ethereal and demure as Shakuntala, in the poster that she has shared on social media. The actress received a lot of praise for her look in Shakuntalam.

The Shakuntalam actress shared the first poster of the movie and wrote, “Presenting… Nature’s beloved.. the Ethereal and Demure.. “Shakuntala” from #Shaakuntalam #ShaakuntalamFirstLook (sic).”

In the poster, Samantha, dressed as Shakuntala in white and floral jewellery can be seen seated with animals. She is surrounded by peacocks, deer, and swans as she is seated on a rock in the jungle.

Samantha received a lot of praise for her Shakuntalam look. Meanwhile, as per the poster, the movie will release in five languages. The movie will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil.

On the work front, the actress even has Vignesh Shivan’s directorial with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. The movie is titled Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal. The actress also has the film Yashoda in her kitty. She was last seen in the movie Pushpa: The Rise, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna. Samantha featured in the song titled Oo Oo Antava Oo Oo.
