We also got to know that actor-turned-producer Charmme Kaur recently appeared before the Enforcement Directorate. And apparently, she was questioned by the officers for nearly five hours. Officials are reportedly examining her bank accounts too for any suspicious transactions. Meanwhile, the accused drug dealer and supplier Kelvin was recently questioned by the ED officials regarding the same, and all his bank transactions were collected too by the ED.

Based on the data collected from the excise department, SIT officials along with ED have registered a money laundering case and are investigating the same. No charge sheets were filed against any actor as there was a lack of evidence. As per reports, the racket was busted on July 2, 2017, when customs officials arrested Calvin Mascarenhas, a musician, and two others. They seized drugs worth Rs 30 lakh from them.
