Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav recently faced a shocking incident when gunmen opened fire outside his home in Gurugram on August 17. Fortunately, Elvish and his family were not harmed in the attack.

According to police, three masked men fired over two dozen bullets at his residence in Sector 57 around 5:30 AM. Elvish was not at home at the time of the shooting. The case was immediately taken up by senior officials, and an investigation began.

A man named Bhau Ritoliya, who is associated with the Himanshu Bhau gang, claimed responsibility for the firing. In a chilling message shared online, the gang warned social media influencers against promoting online betting, accusing Elvish of encouraging such activities.

In a major update, the Faridabad Crime Branch arrested one of the suspects after an encounter. The accused, Ishant alias Ishu Gandhi, a resident of Jawahar Colony, Faridabad, reportedly fired several rounds at the police using an automatic pistol. He was shot in the leg during the encounter and is currently being treated in a hospital.

The police said they are continuing to investigate the motive and are looking for other suspects involved in the case. After the attack, Elvish Yadav posted an Instagram Story to assure fans of his safety. He wrote, “I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for your good wishes. My family and I are safe and well. Your kind thoughts and concerns are truly appreciated. Thank you.”

The incident has sparked concern among fans and the online creator community, raising serious questions about the safety of public figures.
