Avika Gor

On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, actress Avika Gor took a heartfelt moment to express gratitude towards the people and experiences that have shaped her journey. Currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Tera Sai, the actress reflected on the values she holds closest to her heart, the mentors who have guided her through every phase of life, and the spiritually enriching experience of visiting Shirdi while filming.

Avika Gor: My Biggest Gurus Have Always Been My Parents

Sharing who she considers her biggest guiding force, Avika Gor said, “For me, my biggest gurus have always been my parents. They’ve been my first teachers, my strongest support system, and the people who’ve shaped the way I look at life. Professionally, they’ve taught me to stay grounded no matter what comes my way, and personally, they’ve shown me that kindness, honesty, and gratitude are values worth holding on to. I truly believe mentors are like parents, they don’t just guide your career; they help shape your character.”

Speaking about the most valuable lesson she has learned from her mentors, the actress added, “The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to never stop being a student. The day you think you know everything is the day you stop growing. I’ve also learned that success should never come at the cost of your values. Staying authentic, working sincerely, and treating everyone with respect are principles I try to live by every single day.”

Avika: I Feel So Blessed Being Surrounded By All This Spirituality & Calmness

Avika Gor also spoke about how filming in Shirdi during Guru Purnima made the schedule even more memorable. Recalling the experience, she shared, “Absolutely. Visiting Shirdi during this schedule felt incredibly special. There was a sense of peace and surrender that stayed with me long after I left. In an industry where life is constantly moving, moments like these remind you to pause, express gratitude, and reconnect with something bigger than yourself. Seeking Sai Baba’s blessings made the entire experience even more meaningful and spiritually fulfilling. Millions of people come from different places to experience this divinity especially during Guru Purnima. I feel so blessed being surrounded by all this spirituality and sense of calmness.”

Expressing what she is most thankful for today, Avika concluded, “I’m most grateful for the people in my life, my family, my mentors, my loved ones, and everyone who continues to believe in me. Their love and faith have given me the strength to keep growing through every phase of life. And of course, I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every single day. That’s a blessing I’ll never take for granted.”

With her heartfelt reflections on gratitude, values, and faith, Avika’s Guru Purnima message beautifully celebrates the importance of mentors, family, and spirituality while reminding everyone that true success begins with humility and a willingness to keep learning.
