Truth will come out: Jennifer Mistry shares FIRST video after accusing Asit Kumarr Modi of sexual harassment

Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal was one of the popular actresses on Tarak Mehta Ka ooltah Chashmah. People loved the actress for playing the role of Mrs. Sodhi. However, recently she quit the show and accused Asit Kumarr Modi of sexual harassment. Jennifer Mistry filed a complaint against TMKOC’s producer Asit Modi, Project Head Sohail Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj of alleged sexual harassment. The actress also called the TMKOC set as ‘male-chauvinist.’

Well, Asit Modi had his reply for Jennifer Mistry and called the allegations baseless. Talking about the recent developments in the matter. Yesterday Jennifer took to her Instagram account and shared a video where she comments upon the entire matter for the first time. In the video the TMKOC actress says, “Chuppi ko meri kamzori mat samjhna, mein chup thi kyuki saleeka hai mujhme. Khuda Gawah hai ki sach kya hai. Yaad Rakh, uske ghar mein koi farak nahi, tujhme yaa mujhme.” Which roughly translates to, Don’t take my silence for granted, I was quite because I wanted to know. Realize that God is watching us and we are equal in front of him.

Fans support the actress…

A few fans supported Jennifer Mistry and asked her to be hopeful and courageous. A fan commented, “Fearless Jenny…. We are with you…. Truth will definitely come out, criminals will be punished and justice will be served. We have full faith in Mumbai Police and law of this country.” While, some fans also spoke in the favour of Asit Kumarr Modi.

Giving you more insights into the matter, the direction team of Harshad Joshi and Rushi Dave and Arman also opened up abut the matter. They said, “She lacked basic discipline on the set and was not focusing on her work. We regularly had to complain to the production head about her behaviour. On her last day she was abusive in front of the whole unit and left the set without finishing her shoot.”
