Shalin Bhanot SLAMS Paps For Spreading False Rumours Of Re-Marrying Ex-Wife Dalljiet Kaur; Demands Apology

Actor Shalin Bhanot recently criticised a paparazzi page for spreading false rumours about him remarrying his ex-wife Dalljiet Kaur. The actor warned the page of legal action and demanded a public apology. Recently, Shalin attended the screening of Imtiaz Ali’s film Main Vaapas Aaunga, dressed in a black t-shirt and blue jeans, and posed for the paparazzi. However, a page called ‘papsandpasta’ caused controversy by claiming that the former Bigg Boss 16 contestant was planning to remarry Dalljiet Kaur.

The page shared a video of Shalin with the caption, “Shalin Bhanot decided to re-marry with his 1st wife,” which quickly drew attention online, sparking speculation about a possible reunion with his ex-wife. Once the video went viral, Shalin addressed the false claim, stating, “This is absolutely FALSE and completely fabricated news.”

He also criticised the page for spreading misinformation, saying, “As a media page, you have a professional responsibility to verify facts before spreading absolute lies about someone’s personal life just for views.” He emphasised that media outlets should fact-check before posting sensational claims that can mislead the public and harm those involved.

Shalin Bhanot Demands An Apology

He called for the post to be removed immediately, demanded an apology, and warned of legal action if his request was ignored. He stated, “Delete this post immediately and issue an official apology post on your page for spreading misinformation. Consider this a warning – failing to comply will leave me with no choice but to initiate strict legal action against you and your company (sic).”

Shalin Bhanot and Dalljiet Kaur married in 2009 after meeting on the set of Kulvaddhu. They welcomed their son Jaydon in 2014, but parted ways in 2015.
