SHOCKING! Ranveer Singh was offered THIS amount to attend a wedding?
Ranveer Singh is currently riding high with the success of ‘Padmaavat’. He is undoubtedly one of those Bollywood actors who are much in-demand. The actor was recently approached to attend a wedding and for it, he was offered a huge amount.
According to a report in DNA, the ‘Padmaavat’ actors was offered a whopping amount of Rs 2 crore to attend a wedding just for 30 minutes. However, Ranveer has declined the offer as he is currently shooting for ‘Gully Boy’, and feels that this could be a distraction for him.
A source said, “Ranveer is a perfectionist when he is shooting and concentrates on the minutest details as part of his prep for the character he plays. For him to pull off this appearance would mean him wrapping up the shoot (he is shooting from 6 am to 6 pm every day for Zoya’s film), flying to a different city and returning the same night to report to the set at the crack of dawn the following day. Doing that, he wouldn’t have got any time to rest. So, he told his team that he would like to concentrate on performing his role better than focus on the money offered and asked them to decline it.”
Well, we must say that Ranveer is surely very dedicated towards his work. (Also Read:Gully Boy: Get set to roll as Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-starrer’s release date is OUT!)
