According to the latest reports, actor Alia Bhatt has purchased a plush house in Pali, Bandra for a hefty price. As per TOI, Alia bought the place for ₹37.80 crores with a 2,500 sq ft carpet area. The house is reportedly closer to the Kapoor bungalow on the same road.
The report further mentioned the new apartment is located in Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill. Furthermore, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actor also got a special gift for her sister Shaheen Bhatt. According to the same report, Bhatt gifted two apartments to her sister Shaheen worth Rs 7.68 crore. The flats are located in Gigi Apartment in Juhu.
For the unversed, Alia and Ranbir Kapoor already have a luxurious Krishna Raj Bungalow on Pali Hill that is under refurbishment and is about to finish. They often visit the construction site to inspect and see their house’s progress.
Reportedly, the Brahmastra couple will move into their new dream house with their mother Neetu Kapoor and their daughter Raha before the end of this year or early 2024.
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old actor recently shared an adorable picture of her daughter Raha Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor on Instagram. Fans were gushing over the latest photo, which was deleted and re-shared.
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt has Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. She will be reuniting with her Gully Boy co-star Ranveer Singh. The movie also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan in pivotal roles. Helmed by Karan Johar, the movie’s release date is July 28, 2023.
Alia Bhatt is all set to make her Hollywood debut with Gal Gadot in Heart of Stone. The movie will be streaming on the OTT giant Netflix.
