While talking about the career of Abhishek Bachchan, Shweta revealed how Amitabh Bachchan cried while watching the film ‘Manmarziyaan’. Shweta, who was watching the film along with dad, decided to tell him to talk to Abhishek on call. But, Big B was weeping so much that he could not talk to his son. He said that he will get in touch with him later. The ‘Shahenshah’ was quite moved by his son’s performance.

Meanwhile, the siblings said that their parents Amitabh and Jaya are the toughest critics. However, during the conversation with Karan Johar, Abhishek also spoke about how hurtful it was for him to be a side actor.

He said, “It’s very weird. I say this with all the respect to my co-stars. I genuinely enjoyed those films but it is heartbreaking for any actor who has been on the centre stage to be on the side. It is difficult to digest. That hurt, that humiliation is important. The industry is a brutal place. No one is entitled to say that I am who I am and I deserve this. Everyone has to earn it. You have to earn your place in the industry. From centre, if you move to the left frame, it’s very hurtful.”
