Bollywood’s legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has been on a major throwback spree these days as he has been sharing pictures and incidents from his early acting days. Big B took to his social media account recently and reminisced the time in 1983 when he had become the first-ever Indian performer at Madison Square Garden in New York City, USA.

Big B took to his Instagram account and sharing a picture from his performance he wrote, “1983 .. !!! My first LIVE performance .. that sign board at the back is Madison Square Garden New York .. the first ever Indian performer at this most prestigious World Stadium ..(sic)”

In the picture, the Piku star shared the signboard that read, “Live tonite Amitabh Bachchan”. The actor was seen wearing a sweater with huge sunglasses and a sleek watch as he held the microphone in hand.

Bachchan also talked about how movies would do ’50 weeks and 100 weeks’ at theatres back in the 1970s. Sharing his throwback pic he wrote, “The 1970’ S .. and the years when films did 50 weeks and 100 weeks .. and 6-7 Of them being released in the same year .. DON , KASME VAADE, TRISHUL, MUQADDAR KA SIKANDAR, GANGA KI SAUGANDH etc and all doing more than 50 weeks .. now OTT millions make success graphs ..(sic)”
