Arjun Kapoor calls Alia Bhatt ‘Mini Meryl’ as she announces Hollywood debut

Alia Bhatt has been grabbing all the limelight today ever since the news of her Hollywood debut has come out with the Netflix spy thriller film Heart Of Stone. The movie will also feature Gal Gadot and Fifty Shades Of Grey actor Jamie Dornan in the lead roles. Many netizens and Bollywood celebrities have been lauding the actress and all everyone is talking about is her Hollywood debut.

The Gully Boy actress shared a screenshot of the news piece about her Hollywood debut on Instagram and used a white heart along with folded hands emojis. Reacting to the post, Alia Bhatt’s 2 States co-star Arjun Kapoor wrote, “Mini Meryl’s at it again…” Her co-star Gal Gadot also commented and wrote: “?”

Alia’s movie is produced by Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger, along with Mockingbird’s Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn, and Pilot Wave’s Gal and Jaron Varsano. The details about the film are yet to be revealed.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt has an interesting movies in her pipeline. She will be seen next in Brahmastra, RRR, Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, Jee Le Zara, and Darlings.
