Veteran actor Boman Irani couldn’t help but sing the praises of Prabhas’ humility and innocence at the launch event of Nache Nache, the latest song from the upcoming film The RajaSaab, earlier this morning. While superstars are often associated with larger-than-life attitudes, Boman revealed that Prabhas is quite the opposite in real life. At the event, the actor spoke candidly about Prabhas’ behaviour on set, leaving everyone impressed. Read on to know what he said.
Boman Irani Praises Prabhas’ Humility
Sharing his experience of working closely with Prabhas, Boman Irani highlighted how expectations often differ from reality when it comes to stars of his stature. He said, “We expect that his behaviour will also be like a superstar. And it’s NOT! With his team, with the other actors, with the actors with smaller parts, with technicians, with every single person, Prabhas talks like a young boy.”
Elaborating further, Boman described Prabhas as someone who carries an endearing innocence despite achieving massive stardom. “There is something very boy-ish about him, there is something very innocent about him. He is enjoying his superstardom, but he is not putting it in your face. He’s a superstar, we recognise it, but he doesn’t want you to treat him like a superstar,” he shared.
Boman also spoke about Prabhas’ easygoing nature and infectious laughter, which, according to him, lights up the set. He said, “The way he likes to joke, he likes to laugh, and anyone says something funny, he is the first one to laugh the loudest and the longest, as if to say he is still a teenager. It’s so beautiful.”
Concluding, Boman also reflected on how rare it is to retain such purity after reaching the peak of success. “The innocence of a person who has reached a certain level and still retains it. I would like to be like that,” he said, summing up Prabhas’ charm perfectly.
