Deepika Padukone’s latest picture reminds Ranveer Singh of Naina Talwar from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani

Ranveer Singh more often drops mushy comments on wifey Deepika Padukone’s posts on social media. The latest pic of Deepika reminded him of Naina Talwar from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Today, taking to her Instagram handle, the Chhapaak actress posted a picture of her where he was seen wearing a pair of glasses with a black frame. She flashed her million-dollar smile in the pic. “Weekend Mood!”, she captioned the pic.

Ranveer commented, “Oh hi #NainaTalwar vibes”. In Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Deepika played the studious Naina Talwar.

Talking about Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, it was a blockbuster in 2013. The movie was directed by Ayan Mukerji. The movie also starred Ranbir Kapoor opposite Deepika Padukone.

Deepika and Ranveer tied the knot in 2018. Prior to their marriage, they worked together in three films-Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. They will be seen together in ’83 which is their first movie together after marriage. Deepika will start shooting for Pathan soon with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. She also has The Intern, Nag Ashwin’s next with Prabhas and Shakun Batra’s untitled film. Also, she will be seen with Hrithik Roshan in the action drama Fighter. She will also star in Mahabharat and reports suggest that she has been roped in for Madhu Mantena’s 3D Ramayana to play the role of Sita. Ranveer will be seen in Cirkus, Sooryavanshi and Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
