Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is creating buzz for all the right reasons. Dharmendra, who plays the role of Ranveer Singh’s grandfather, has been grabbing attention ever since RARKPK released. As many are aware, Dharmendra has a kissing scene with Shabana Azmi in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi’s kissing scene took their fans by surprise.

Now, at the recent event of RARKPK, Dharmendra was asked about his kissing scene and he had a quirky reaction to it.

Dharmendra talks about his kissing scene

The veteran actor said, “Mujhe messages aa rahe hai ki Dharam ji apne aisa-aisa kia hai. Maine kaha ‘nahin yaar, yeh toh mere daye haath ka kaam hai’. Kuch baaye haath se karwana ho toh woh bhi karwalo. Aur mujhe kahan Karan (Johar) ne ki paaji aap joh hai wahi rehna. I have many good stories. (I’ve been getting messages that Dharam ji you’ve done this that. I told them ‘No, this is the work of my right hand’. Karan Johar asked me to stay the same. I have many good stories).”

He added, “God is great. Aur mujhe bhi jab jab mauka milta hai, chakka maar deta hu. Aap logon ne dilon mein yeh joh jagah de rakhi hai, woh mein jaane nahi dunga. (God is great. Whenever I get a chance, I hit a six. I will not let go of the place that you have given me in your hearts).”

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is directed by Karan Johar. It released on 28^th July and has already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the worldwide box office. RARKPK success is proof that KJo as a director is back with a bang. Fans are loving KJo’s film for its content, Alia-Ranveer’s chemistry, and a lot more reasons.
