The actress took to her Instagram stories and shared some words of wisdom from Oprah Winfrey. In the video, Oprah Winfrey says, “Expecting people to do what you would do in a situation only leads to your disappointment, not theirs. They’re going on with their life. So let people be who they are and either you accept it, or you don’t. Not doing that keeps you stuck in a circumstance that actually costs you time, it costs you energy.”

Kriti posted a video of Oprah and wrote, “Word,” in the caption. She also added a salute emoji to the caption of the post.

Prabhas’ team also refuted the rumours of his engagement to Kriti. His team rubbished the rumours about the Adipurush actors travelling to Maldives together. Prabhas’ team said, “Prabhas and Kriti are just friends. The news about them getting engaged is not true.“

Kriti Sanon and Prabhas dating rumours

For the unversed, the rumours about Kriti and Prabhas sparked when actor Varun Dhawan hinted at them dating each other. It was on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 that Varun said, “Kriti ka naam isiliye nahi tha kyunki Kriti ka naam kisi ke dil me hai. Ek aadmi hai jo Mumbai me nahi hai, vo iss waqt shooting kar raha hai Deepika Padukone ke saath (Kriti’s name is not here because her name is in someone’s heart. That man is not in Mumbai because right now he is shooting with Deepika Padukone).”

However, Kriti later rubbished the rumours in a post on her Instagram. The actress denied dating rumours with Prabhas and called them baseless. She wrote, ““Its neither Pyaar, nor PR. Our Bhediya just went a little too wild on a reality show. And his fun banter lead to some Howl-arious rumours. Before some portal announces my wedding date-let me burst your bubble. The rumours are absolutely baseless.”

On the work front, Kriti and Prabhas are working together in the movie Adipurush. The movie also features Sunny Singh and is scheduled to release in June 16, 2023.
