Evelyn Sharma, who has kept a low profile in recent years after her last film, Saaho, has confirmed that she and her husband, Indo-Australian dental surgeon Tushaan Bhindi, are parting ways. The couple got engaged in 2019, married in 2021, and share two children.

Speaking to HT City, Evelyn clarified that the decision is mutual and centered on their children. She said, “Yes, we have decided to go our separate ways romantically, but are very focused on raising our children together. We would appreciate privacy and assure that this is as amicable as it can be. We are building this new chapter on a lifelong friendship and co-parenting.”

Evelyn-Tushaan’s Relationship Timeline

Evelyn Sharma and Dr Tushaan Bhindi, an Australia-based dental surgeon and entrepreneur, got engaged in 2019. The couple further tied the knot on May 15, 2021, in an intimate ceremony in Brisbane, Australia. They first met in 2018 on a blind date and dated for around two years before taking vows. Evelyn and Tushaan began their journey as parents later that year. They have two children together—a daughter, Ava Rania Bhindi, born in November 2021, and a son born in July 2023.

Evelyn Sharma is a German-born actress who worked in Hindi cinema mainly from 2012 to 2019. She began her Bollywood journey with From Sydney with Love and gained recognition with films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Yaariyan, and Main Tera Hero. She also appeared in Jai Ho and later featured in Saaho. Known for supporting and glamorous roles, Evelyn gradually moved away from films after 2019.
