Wedding In Goa

Mouni and Suraj got married in Goa in January 2022. Their wedding was held at the Hilton Goa Resort in Candolim. The ceremony included both Malayali and Bengali traditions. The couple first married according to Malayali rituals, followed by a Bengali wedding later in the day.

The Naagin actor is from Cooch Behar in West Bengal. Suraj is a businessman and investment banker based in Dubai and belongs to a Jain family from Bengaluru. Family members and close friends attended their wedding. Among those present were Arjun Bijlani, Mandira Bedi, Aashka Goradia, Shivaani Malik Singh, Roopali Kadyan, Meet Brothers, Omkar Kapoor, Rahul Shetty, Pratik Utekar and Vanessa Walia.

Roy is a well-known television actor who later moved to films and web series. She appeared in shows such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasturi, Do Saheliyaan and Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. She became widely known for playing Shivanya in Naagin. After the show’s success, she shifted her focus to cinema.

She later appeared in Romeo Akbar Walter (2019), Made In China (2019), Velle (2021), Brahmastra Part One: Shiva (2022), Blackout (2022) and The Bhootnii (2025). Her upcoming film is Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, which also stars Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde. Directed by David Dhawan, the film is set to release in theatres on June 5.
