Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar mehendi: Anusha, Rhea Chakraborty arrive for pre-wedding festivities

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar have started their pre-wedding festivities with the Mehendi ceremony. The couple is all set to tie the knot soon. Many celebrities were clicked outside Farhan’s residence today. As the couple’s pre-wedding festivities begin, Amrita Arora, Anusha Dandekar, Rhea Chakraborty arrived for the celebrations. They were spotted making a stunning appearance.

A video shared on Instagram features Rhea Chakraborty, a friend of the couple arriving at the Mehendi venue. She walked out of her car in a classy yellow embellished lehenga. The actress looked mesmerizing as she obliged for pictures. The paparazzi clicked Chakraborty and she waved for the camera as well.

Anusha Dandekar was clicked as she arrived for Farhan and Shibani’s Mehendi. She posed for pictures and was wearing a yellow traditional outfit. The actress had donned flower jewellery for the Mehendi function. Anusha also posed for photos with her sister Apeksha Dandekar. Apeksha wore a light grey traditional outfit. They flashed smiles for the camera.

Shabana Azmi and Amrita Arora were also clicked at the Mehendi venue. Amrita posed for pictures as the paparazzi stationed outside the venue clicked her. She looked stunning in a yellow outfit and carried a silver pouch. Shabana Azmi was clicked from a distance as she enjoyed the Mehendi celebrations. It looks like the theme of the Mehendi ceremony is yellow as the guests were dressed in the colour.

Javed Akhtar, Farhan’s father had confirmed that the couple is getting married soon. He even called Shibani a ‘nice girl’. Dandekar and Farhan have been sharing posts on Instagram, ahead of their wedding and dropping hints about the marriage.

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar are set to get married on February 19. Farhan’s mom Honey Irani confirmed the wedding date and mentioned it will be a ‘family affair’, while speaking with India Today.
