Everyone is well aware of the grand House of Pataudi which is currently owned by actor Saif Ali Khan and his sisters Soha Ali Khan and Saba Ali Khan. We often see the Khans heading to Harayana to spend quality time with each other. In fact, Saif Ali Khan’s wife Kareena Kapoor Khan is often seen sharing beautiful pictures from the palace on her Instagram account.

Do you know the Vikram Vedha actor owns a property of a whopping Rs 5000 crore including the Pataudi Palace? Moreover, Saif Ali Khan’s kids – Ibrahim Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan will have no claim on the property. According to a report by Bollywood Life, the House of Pataudi falls under the house of controversial Enemy Disputes Act of the India Government, hence, no one can claim to be its heir.

The report could be read as: “Apparently, all of the properties and other relevant assets belonging to the House of Pataudi fall under the controversial Enemy Disputes Act of the India Government and as such, nobody can claim to be an heir of any of such property or assets that come under the purview of said act.

The report further said that they will have to move to the High Court if anyone wants to claim to be the heir of the property. They can also g to the Supreme Court and the President of India if it is not resolved at a minor level.

The report said: “If a person or persons wish to contend the Enemy Disputes Act and lay claim to any property or assets, they feel are rightfully theirs, then they’ll have to move the High Court, failing which, the next option leads them to the Supreme Court and finally, the President of India.
