Donal Bisht shared a special throwback photograph from her school days that has touched the hearts of many fans. The picture shows a young Donal, dressed in a smart army-style uniform, taking part in a march-past at her school annual day function. The event took place at Emmanuel Mission School in Alwar, Rajasthan where she did her schooling. In her caption, Donal explained that this was “not just an annual day school picture” but an emotion deeply connected to her roots. Coming from an army family, she expressed immense pride in the courage and sacrifice of the armed forces.

“I salute all the real-life heroes and heroines for always keeping us safe,” Donal wrote. She also shared how she grew up listening to war stories; some inspiring, others heart-wrenching, and witnessing bravery up close within her own family. Now, as an adult who understands life more deeply, Donal said she feels even prouder to be born into a family of brave hearts. She promised to live up to the values and strength that such a background has instilled in her message of gratitude was simple yet powerful: “Happy Independence Day to everyone, today and always!”
