Ahead of her Birthday, Kajol spotted with a bouquet of lovely flowers

Celebrate Bollywood’s beloved actress, Kajol, as she completes another trip around the sun this Saturday, 5th August. She is turning 49 years young. Like a fine wine, she ages gracefully with each passing day. As her birthday approached, fans caught a glimpse of Kajol in the city, gracefully exiting a restaurant with a parcel and a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Pre-Birthday Shenanigans for Kajol as she gets spotted in the city

On Saturday, our super on-the-feet paparazzi spotted Kajol in Khar, Mumbai. The actress was wearing a full-sleeved black jumpsuit, paired with shades and dangling golden earrings. Additionally, Kajol was seen carrying a bouquet of sunflowers in one hand. She was also holding her black and white handbag along with a parcel. We can only speculate that the parcel might contain some delicious cuisine or a dessert. Kajol was enjoying her pre-birthday lunch with her friends Mallika Bhatt and Mickey Contractor.

Kajol recently attended the 2023 Jagran Film Festival in New Delhi. And at the event, Kajol opened up about losing a Mani Ratnam film due to Karan Johar’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

The actress recalled getting an offer from Mani Ratnam and how because of her commitment she could not do it. She shared, “I was supposed to shoot for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and at that time, I got an offer from Mani Ratnam to do a film for him. First of all, I didn’t believe I got an offer from Mr Ratnam. But things didn’t work out because I had committed those dates to Karan for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. A lot of people told me, ‘You should have done Mani sir’s film’. At that time, I felt that my commitment was more important and it worked in my favour.”

Kajol upcoming movies

On the work front, Kajol was last seen in her web-series debut The Trial: Pyaar, Kanoon, Dhokha. Next, she will be appearing in the Netflix film Do Patti, which will be produced by Kriti Sanon’s production venture, Blue Butterfly. This film marks the comeback of Kriti Sanon and Kajol on-screen after 8 years since their last appearance together in Dilwale.
