Kareena Kapoor is disappointed with people who do not understand the gravity of Covid situation in the country

In the second wave of Covid-19, the cases in India are rising at an alarming rate. States like Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal, and others are witnessing a huge surge every day. Also, there has been a shortage of oxygen cylinders, ICU beds, etc. From doctors to leaders to our celebs, everyone is urging the people to follow the Covid-19 safety protocols like wearing masks and proper sanitization.

Well, Kareena Kapoor took to her Instagram handle to express her disappointment over the people who don’t wear masks properly.

In her post, Bebo wrote, “It’s unimaginable for me to know that there are still many people who do not understand the gravity of the situation our country is in. The next time you step out, or wear your mask under your chin, or flout the rules, spare a thought for our doctors and medical staff. They are at a breaking point both mentally and physically. Each one of you reading this is responsible for breaking the chain. Now more than ever, India needs you.”

A few days ago, Kareena requested her fans to get vaccinated as she wrote that “registration is mandatory”. She wrote, “Registration is mandatory. Stay safe, get vaccinated.”

The vaccinations all above 18 years will start from May 1. Today, the registration has started online.

Coming back to Kareena, she is currently busy with her newborn. She welcomed her second son on February 21, 2021. Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena will be seen in Laal Singh Chaddha that has Aamir Khan opposite her.
