Mahesh Shetty pens down an emotional note for bestie Sushant Singh Rajput; says, “I’ll be looking out for you every night”

Bollywood lost another actor as Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on 14 June. The ‘Chhichhore’ actor committed suicide at his Bandra residence. In the show ‘Pavitra Rishta’, Sushant starred alongside Mahesh Shetty who happen to become a close friend of the actor. Sushant had also made the last call to Mahesh before he committed suicide. Mahesh mourned his friends’ death in an emotional post.

Mahesh took to his Instagram profile to share an emotional note that he penned down for Sushant, it read, “It’s a strange feeling… I have so much to say yet I’m speechless.” Mahesh recalled their old days when they were just starting out as actors, he wrote, “Sometimes in life you meet someone and feel an instant connection as if you’ve known him all your life and you realise you don’t have to be born from the same womb to be brothers. This is how we met ..We met as brother.”

About Sushant, Mahesh wrote, “He was like a kid in a candy shop and that boundless energy laced with all the limitless dreams was always infectious.” The caption of the post read, “So much has been left unanswered and there’s so much more left to talk. I’ll tell you all about it, when I see you again !!!?(sic)”

Mahesh had missed Sushant’s last call as they had been trying to reach each other back and forth. Mahesh holds a strong regret for missing Sushant’s call.
