Pati Patni Aur Woh Do First Look Out!

The makers of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do have revealed the first look of their upcoming comedy-drama. The upcoming film features Ayushmann Khurrana as Prajapati Pandey, who appears to be caught in a hilarious and messy romantic situation. Moreover, slated for a theatrical release in May, the film hints at a fun-filled and quirky extension of the 2019 hit.

Bringing back chaos, comedy and tangled relationships, the film introduces a new chapter with an ensemble cast. Additionally, the sequel includes Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh. Sharing the first-look poster, the makers captioned it, “Shikari khud hogaya shikaar! Ab jaal mein phas gaye humare PRAJAPATI PANDEY. Ho jao #PatiPatniAurWohDo ke liye taiyaar (sic).” The film is scheduled to hit cinemas on May 15, 2026.

The poster features Ayushmann Khurrana ensnared in a net, with three women standing above him holding it. Possibly, the depiction metaphorically suggests a chaotic love triangle. Or rather, a love square. In another visual twist, he is seen sitting beside a cheetah. It might add a playful and eccentric layer to the film’s tone.

About The Upcoming Film

Pati Patni Aur Woh Do serves as a sequel to Pati Patni Aur Woh. Initially planned for a March 4, 2026 release, the film has now been rescheduled to May 15, 2026. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the sequel marks his return to the franchise. The new installment is produced by Bhushan Kumar under T-Series. Further, in collaboration with B R Studios, with creative production handled by Juno Chopra.

Directed by Mudassar Aziz, Pati Patni Aur Woh is a romantic comedy that revolves around a seemingly perfect marriage disrupted by temptation and deception. The story follows Abhinav ‘Chintu’ Tyagi, played by Kartik Aaryan. The Freddy actor plays a middle-class man whose life takes a complicated turn when he gets involved with another woman. Furthermore, starring Bhumi Pednekar as his wife and Ananya Panday as the ‘other woman’, the film explores infidelity with humour and satire.
