Rajinikanth sends a heartfelt letter for guests post daughter Soundarya's wedding

Superstar Rajinikanth‘s daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth tied the knot with Vishagan Vanangamudi on February 11 in Chennai. It was a four-day celebration that was followed by a grand reception party at The Leela Palace. It was a grand affair where all the bigwigs of the Tamil industry and politicians were present at the reception. Everyone from Kamal Haasan, Aditi Rao Hydari, Mani Ratnam to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister E Palaniswami and Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam graced the reception. To thank all the guests, Rajinikanth has written a letter.

In the letter, the superstar wrote, “I thank Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy, Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneer Selvam, Ministers of State, DMK chief M.K.Stalin, Central Minister Pon. Radhakrishnan, Mukesh Ambani’s family, Thirunavukarsar, Amarnath, Kamal Haasan, friends, relations, film industry members, police officials, journalists and all those who attended the marriage and blessed my daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth and my son-in-law Vishagan.”

In one of the ceremonies, Rajinikanth danced to hit 90s song ‘Oruvan Oruvan Mudhalali’ from ‘Muthuhas’. The video went viral the moment it was posted on social media. He looked very happy while dancing to the hit number. Here’s the video.

Soundarya and Vishagan have got married for the second time. Earlier, the former was married to businessman Ashwin but both got separated in 2017. Soundarya has a three-year-old son named Ved Krishna from her first marriage. Vishagan is an actor and an entrepreneur by profession (he owns a pharmaceutical company). Soundarya is a graphic designer and filmmaker.
