WHAT!! Now you can board a train named 'RANVEER SINGH' in Switzerland

Bollywood’s blue eyed boy Ranveer Singh has been basking in the glory of his last release ‘Padmaavat’. He won critical acclaim for his portrayal of Alauddin Khilji in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama that also starred Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor. The actor has wrapped up his next ‘Gully Boy’ that is based on Mumbai rappers. The Zoya Akhtar directorial also stars Alia Bhatt in a pivotal role.

At present, the ‘Befikre’ star is on a vacation in the beautiful environs of Switzerland. The actor who is the brand ambassador of Switzerland, has a special honour bestowed on him by the government there. A train in the country has been named after him and it is called the ‘Ranveer On Tour’.

As per sources, “Ranveer Singh has a massive fan following in Switzerland and its popularity has witnessed incremental growth given his films’ huge success rate. Switzerland Tourism and the Swiss Travel System have launched the train ‘Ranveer On Tour’, to honor the significant hordes of tourists from India that Singh has brought to their country. The train will travel across the magnificent Golden Line converging on the Swiss Alps. The actor will flag off the train on April 30.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh has ‘Gully Boy’ with Alia Bhatt and ‘Simmba’ with Sara Ali Khan.
