Rocketry actor R Madhavan leaves Suriya speechless with his transformation into Nambi Narayanan, watch

R Madhavan’s Rocketry: The Nambi Effect is creating the right buzz. Madhavan has been sharing BTS videos of his transformation as Nambi Narayanan on his Instagram handle. On Tuesday, Maddy shared a BTS video from the set. It shows actor Suriya arriving on the set and he is seen stunned after he saw Madhavan’s transformation as Nambi Narayanan. Original scientist Nambi Narayanan was standing next to Madhavan and Suriya was surprised and he put his hands on his mouth as Madhavan looked unrecognisable. The RHTDM actor introduced him to the real Nambi Narayanan.

Sharing the video, Madhavan wrote: “Only my bro @actorsuriya can make me feel so good and react like this. Nambi sir is a huge fan of my bro and his father (sic).”

In the film, Madhavan plays the role of Indian scientist Nambi Narayanan, a former Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) scientist and aerospace engineer. He is well-known for developing efficient liquid fuel engines. He later also became known for his connection to a spy scandal.

Shah Rukh Khan has a cameo in the Hindi version of Rocketry, while Suriya has played the same role for the Tamil version. In an interview, R Madhavan revealed that both didn’t charge a single penny for the movie.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect was premiered at Cannes Film Festival 2022. It is all set to hit the theatres on July 1.
