Rohit Shetty is one of the best action filmmakers in Bollywood and he has managed to blow away the audience with his action-packed movies. Today the Golmaal director is celebrating his 48th birthday and he was showered with birthday wishes and love by his B-Town friends and loved ones. Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and others took to their social media handles and penned a  heartfelt note for Shetty.

Sooryavanshi star Akshay took to his Instagram handle and sharing a picture with Shetty, he wrote, “It was easiest to bond with @itsrohitshetty because we shared one common passion which brought us together: Action! Happy birthday Rohit, wishing you an action-packed year ahead ?(sic).”
