Samantha Ruth Prabhu Admits She Closed Herself Completely After Separation From Naga Chaitanya; Says, “Raj Made Me A Better Person”

Samantha Ruth Prabhu opened up about how Raj Nidimoru’s love and friendship helped her transform into a stronger person after her divorce from Naga Chaitanya. Having navigated one of the most challenging phases of her personal life, Samantha has now found love again. After her separation from Naga Chaitanya, she married filmmaker Raj Nidimoru in December last year.

In a recent interview with Vogue India, she shared how heartbreak initially made her withdraw emotionally, but Raj’s friendship and love gradually helped her regain trust and become a better version of herself. Reflecting on her journey over the past few years, Samantha said, “When I went through a separation, I closed up completely. I didn’t think it would ever be possible to rely on someone else. Thankfully, I was vulnerable enough to accept that kind of love and friendship. And I’m a much better person now because of Raj.”

She also mentioned how this transformation is evident even to her friends. “I met an old friend a few days ago, and she sent me a voice note saying, ‘This is the first time in a long time that I feel like you’re not struggling to breathe.’ I’m not performing anymore,” Samantha added.
