Shravan Rathod Passes Away: Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, AR Rahman mourn the music composer’s demise

Bollywood’s celebrated music composer Shravan Rathod of Nadeem-Shravan fame breathed his last on  April 22. Shravan passed away due to Covid-19 related complications. The music composer was hospitalised a few days back after contracting the deadly virus. His condition was very critical as he had other comorbidities. Unfortunately, he couldn’t fight the virus and died in a Mumbai hospital.

Amidst the pandemic, we have lost yet another artiste. Bollywood celebs took to their social media handles to pay tribute to the 66-year-old music composer.

Akshay Kumar mourning the loss, tweeted, “Very sad to know about the passing of music composer Shravan. Nadeem-Shravan created magic for many films in 90s and later, including Dhadkan that has remained legendary in my career. Deepest Condolences to his family.”

Singer Kumar Sanu also paid a heartfelt tribute. Sharing a picture of the late musician, he wrote, “Heartbreaking news about my very dear friend Shravanji….I have no words!! May God gives strength to the family. Rip? #shravanrathod Ji(sic).”
