'Sui Dhaaga': Varun Dhawan visits a local salon to get his 'Made In India' look

Bollywood celebrities always go out of their way to promote films. In a bid to make sure people go and watch the films at the cinemas, they come up with different tactics for promotions. Taking Varun Dhawan for instance, the actor recently came up with a brilliant idea to promote his film ‘Sui Dhaaga- Made In India’. Dhawan visited a local barber to get his ‘Manju’ look for the film. Manju is Varun’s character name in the film.

In the video shared by the actor on his Twitter handle, he can be seen cycling around the streets of Mumbai, all the way to a local barber shop named ‘Bharat Salon’. The barber, who would have never thought about a celebrity visiting his salon was surprised and taken back by Varun’s visit. Gelling up with the man, Varun also sang a track from his film with him. Varun captioned the video as, “Mauji ki mooch Bhi hai made in India.”

On the similar note, the movie also features actress Anushka Sharma and the plot of the film is inspired by the Make In India ideology of the government of India.
