Suraj Pancholi to appeal for bail by June 24

Suraj Pancholi son of Aditya Pancholi charged with abetment of suicide of actress Jiah Khan has been sent to jail till June 27 and he has applied for bail but his bail hearing has been adjourned therefore he will have to stay in jail till June 24 when his bail application will be heard by Mumbai Court.

Pancholi’s lawyer has argued that as the letter doesn’t name his client so there is no evidence of him abetting suicide, there were no traces found on Jiah body of any type of marks except those on her neck and throat. A doctor has also testified to the fact that Jiah Khan was Depressed.

The police on their part are clarifying that they have arrested Suraj on the basis of note and evidence,”There is a suicide note, there is a statement of (Khan’s) mother and some circumstantial evidence of triggering,” said Additional Police Commissioner Vishwas Nangre-Patil.

Lets See if Suraj is Granted bail on June 24.
