Tara Sutaria and Ahan Shetty starrer Tadap to release in December on THIS date

Tadap, the upcoming film by Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria, is set to hit theatres on December 3rd of this year. The film’s creators revealed the news on social media. Ahan Shetty, Suneil Shetty’s son, is making his Bollywood debut in Milan Luthria’s directorial debut. Tadap, a film by Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria, was originally scheduled to be released on September 24. In March, Akshay Kumar unveiled the same along with the film’s first poster. The release date, however, has now been moved out to December 3. Nadiadwala Grandson, the production company of producer Sajid Nadiadwala, revealed the news. 

Announcing the release date of the film, Nadiadwala Grandson shared on Instagram. The official page of the production house wrote, “Witness this magic on the big screen #SajidNadiadwala’s #Tadap – An Incredible Love Story in cinemas on 3rd December 2021. Directed by @milan.a.luthria (sic).”

Tadap, Ahan Shetty’s debut film shoot was finished in March. On Instagram, he posted a photo of himself with filmmaker Milan Luthria, in which Ahan was seen fist-bumping his director. Ahan wrote, “It’s a wrap on my first film!! Going to hold on to these memories forever. Thank you to the whole team of TADAP and everyone who pushed me in ways I didn’t know I could (sic).”

Tadap’s lead actors are Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria. It is the official Hindi adaptation of Ajay Bhupathi’s Telugu film RX 100, which was released in 2018. Kartikeya Gummakonda and Payal Rajput played the lead roles in the original film. Milan Luthria is helmed by the remake.

Tadap filming began in August 2019 at the Central Plaza theatre in Mumbai. Ahan’s character in the film owns and operates a movie theatre. Sajid Nadiadwala is producing the film, which is co-produced by Fox Star Studios.
