For those uninitiated, a large portion of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s upcoming film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ was shot in Abu Dhabi. A few hundred people worked tirelessly to curate the perfect larger-than-life sets. Not just that, the film’d story itself revolves around Middle East. Given everything, ‘TZH’ indeed carries a strong connection with the region.

Now, ‘Swag Se Swagat’, first song to have been released from the film’s soundtrack and also a chartbuster, has an Arabic version. (Also Read: Salman Khan couldn’t be more creative than THIS for Aayush Sharma’s debut film)

“As the song is a chartbuster here in India and the film is shot in the Middle East and focuses on a major issue that affects the region, we were very keen to engage with audiences there,” director Ali Abbas Zafar said.

“Dubbing the song in a local language is a way to connect with audiences in the Middle East, as Hindi films have huge appeal there and Salman Khan is the biggest superstar in the region,” he added.

Does this mean other songs are going to get their own Arabic versions too? Time will answer!
