Vikrant Massey is currently gearing up for his upcoming movie 12th Fail. It also stars Medha Shankr, Anshumaan, and Anant Joshi in pivotal roles. With just few days left for the release, the team is leaving no stone unturned to promote the film. After a grand song launch in Ahmedabad and visiting Patna, the cast of 12th Fail went to Delhiā€™s Mukherjee Nagar where the film is shot.

After Ahmedabad and Patna, 12th Fail cast took over the heart of Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar to promote their much-anticipated release. The film is majorly shot in this location and the cast revised the lanes to promote their film from where they shot it. They were joined by 90 enthusiastic students, who turned Mukerjee Nagar as their canvas and painted them. The streets were bathed in vivid colors and the #Restart slogan. The crowd rallied and even sang the song. The students even performed a Nukkad Natak on #Restart.

About 12th Fail movie

The film is true story based on Anurag Pathakā€™s best-selling novel, of the same name. This upcoming Vidhu Vinod Chopra directorial is inspired by millions of true stories of Indian students who attempt worldā€™s toughest competitive exams, UPSC. The movie tries to give the viewers an authentic glimpse into the lives of students. Directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the movie is set to release worldwide on October 27 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

Vikrant Massey reveals crying as soon as he heard 12th Fail script. Talking about the same, he says, ā€œWhen I read the script for the first time, I cried so much for almost 15-20 minutes because i had never heard, watched or even knew of such an amazing story and I was really moved. And somewhere or the other I even saw myself in this story. So, a lot of things happened in Mr.Manojā€™s life. Despite of so many struggles, he succeeded in life. He really inspired me.ā€
