When Shah Rukh Khan left all in awe with his humility after a man grabbed his leg on stage-WATCH

Shah Rukh Khan is known to be a thorough gentleman. The actor has a massive fan base and has garnered immense respect from his fans for his generosity and humility. He has often left everyone in awe with his gentlemanly gestures. But, there are days when even actors come across fans who are not on their best behaviour. SRK also faced one incident during an awards show, a bad fan encounter.

It was back in 2011 that Shah Rukh Khan was invited to the Indian International Film Awards (IIFA) that took place at Canada’s Rogers Centre in Toronto. Actors Boman Irani and Riteish Deshmukh were the hosts of the awards show. During the show, the hosts called Shah Rukh on the stage. The Jawan actor was dressed perfectly for the event in a formal attire. And, he looked handsome.

During the event, a fan of SRK rushed over to the stage after the actor. The fan was dressed in a formal black suit. After following the Jawan actor on stage, the fan fell right into Shah Rukh’s feet. Not just that, the fan went on and grabbed the actor’s leg. He grabbed SRK’s leg and then refused to let go. When the incident occurred, the Pathaan actor repeatedly requested the fan that his leg is hurt and asked him to be careful.

Later, the security tried to escort the fan away from the stage. They tried to pull the man away from the actor. Shah Rukh’s gesture towards the fan was kind and sweet. He requested the security to not pull the fan. The Dunki actor said, “Aap kyu aise kheech rahe ho, bura lagra hai (Why are you pulling like this, it’s looking bad).” SRK behaved with utmost humility and handled the situation with care. He went on and promised to meet the fan at the backstage too.

That year, SRK bagged the Best Actor award for the movie My Name is Khan. Anushka Sharma won the Best Actress for Band Baaja Baarat and Ranveer Singh for Best Debut Male.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh has been busy working on his upcoming projects. Work-wise, the actor has the movie Pathaan in his kitty. Pathaan features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham too. SRK recently wrapped the London shooting schedule of the movie Dunki and returned to the city. He even has Atlee-directorial Jawan in the pipeline.
