Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account and shared the news.

With this film’s success, Ranveer has continued his marvellous form of 2018 when he gave two blockbusters in ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Simmba’. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Ranveer is in a zone at the moment and nothing seem to stop his glorious run. Alia Bhatt has also played her part in the film’s success. The rapping extravaganza has received rave reviews from the critics and audiences alike.

This is what Bollywood Bubble had to say about this Ranveer Singh starrer, “Gully Boy’ is a coming of age story, it’s a love story, it’s a story of a movement and it’s also a story of a young man struggling against a bad father. It’s the kind of movie that makes you want to get up from your seats and pump your fists in the air. I forget when was the last time I rooted for a protagonist like I did in this movie. (Maybe ‘Taare Zameen Par’) A lot of it has got to do with Zoya’s ability to bring the essence of human existence to the forefront of any scene.”

‘Gully Boy’ is by far the best film of 2019 and will be breaking many more records in days to come.
