Animal box office: Ranbir Kapoor starrer continues its blockbuster run on day 4, BEATS Jawan and Gadar

Animal movie starring Ranbir Kapoor is doing phenomenal business at the box office. All versions of the film crossed the 200-crore mark in just 3 days and well, the Monday collection is monstrous. Usually, Mondays are very tricky and get a lukewarm response at the box office; however, it is different for Animal. Speaking about the Animal box office collection on Day 4, Ranbir and Rashmika Mandanna starrer collected Rs 40.06 crore in the Hindi version. Whereas the movie earned Rs 4.41 crore in other languages. Adding both Hindi and South languages together, it has earned Rs 44.47 crore (In all languages)

The total collection of the film comes to Rs 216.64 crore (Hindi) and in all languages, Animal collected Rs 246.23 crore. Considering all the other languages, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial venture is now inching closer to hitting the Rs 250 crore mark. Adding the day 5 collection, the Animal movie would easily achieve this incredible feat.

Though there’s still time, Animal has beaten the first Monday collections of Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 as well as Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan.

Tiger 3 – Rs 59.25 crore (In all languages)

Baahubali 2 – Rs 40.25 crore (In all languages)

Animal – Rs 44.47 crore (In all languages)

Gadar 2 – Rs 38.70 crore (Hindi)

Tiger Zinda Hai – Rs 36.54 crore (Hindi)

Jawan – Rs 32.92 crore (In all languages)

Dangal – Rs 25.69 crore (Hindi)

KGF 2 – Rs 25.57 crore (In all languages)

Bobby Deol on having limited screentime

In a conversation with PTI, Boby Deol said, “I wish I had more scenes, but when I signed the film, I knew this is what I had. At that point in my life, I was grateful to God that I was given this chance to play this role by Sandeep. I knew I had only 15 days of work and wouldn’t be there throughout the film. I was sure people would notice me, but I never realised that there would be so much love, appreciation, and affection. It’s like wow! It’s amazing.”

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor.
