‘Dear Zindagi’ collects a decent amount on day one

Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt-starrer ‘Dear Zindagi’ has finally managed to beat the demonetization. The film took a decent start at the box office and has come up with an impressive number on day one.

The Gauri Shinde directorial has collected approx. Rs. 8.75 crore on day one which is good. The movie was quite good in South India, but it underperformed in North.

The film has received positive reviews, and even the word of mouth is strong. We can expect the movie to grow on Saturday and Sunday. Mostly such films get a huge jump after day one and it looks like that will happen with ‘Dear Zindagi’. The movie will surely come up with good numbers over the weekend.

‘Dear Zindagi’ has been released in 1200 screen all over India, and the collection is damn good looking at the screen count. The makers have smartly released the film according to its target audience.
