The movies Laal Singh Chaddha and Raksha Bandhan starring Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar have made a low collection on the second Friday at the box office. Both the films had released last week and clashed at the box office. Despite other releases, the Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar movies have maintained a decent collection at the box office.

 

A Box Office India report said that Laal Singh Chaddha made a collection of Rs 1.25 crore nett, while Raksha Bandhan collected 1 crore nett on the second Friday. The report stated that there was not much of a drop in the Friday collections of the Aamir Khan starrer from Thursday. However, the report further stated that the drop in the collections of Laal Singh Chaddha does not matter due to low business. As per the report, the Advait Chandan directorial is unlikely to make it to the 60-crore mark.

According to the report, “Laal Singh Chaddha collected 1.25 crore nett apprx on its second Friday. There was not much of a drop from Thursday but it hardly matters as the collections are so low.

According to the report, Raksha Bandhan managed to rake a collection of 1 crore nett on the second Friday is looking for a lifetime collection of 46-48 crore nett, only if the movie has a normal second Saturday growth.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar starrer Raksha Bandhan featured Bhumi Pednekar and Bollywood Bubble gave it a rating of 1.5 stars in the review. Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Laal Singh Chaddha got a rating of four stars in the review.
